- Orders received after the closing date or at weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order

Order changes and cancellations
- Orders placed at weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Undeliverable Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Victoria Lane is not liable for any issues or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or undeliverable addresses entered by the customer.
If an undeliverable address is submitted, the order may not reach its intended destination, and any additional shipping costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
If a customer realizes there is an error in their shipping address after placing an order, they must notify Airbrush within 2 hours by contacting support@victoria-lane.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Delivery Policy
We do our best to ensure your order is delivered promptly and securely. However, once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package if it's reported as not received.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please follow these steps:
1. Verify Your Shipping Address
Make sure the address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
2. Check Around Your Property
Inspect common drop-off spots such as your porch, mailbox, garage, or nearby bushes.
Also, check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager to see if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.
3. Contact the Shipping Carrier
Reach out to the carrier directly (e.g.,Royal Mail, Evri) to confirm delivery details.
Provide your tracking number for precise assistance
4. File a Claim with the Carrier
If the package still cannot be located, you may file a claim with the carrier. Most carriers offer compensation for lost or undelivered parcels.
Important Note
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as Delivered by the carrier. By placing your order, you agree to these shipping and delivery terms.
